Construction Material

The Construction Material Division is responsible for providing products and solutions for the construction sector in Saudi Arabia and has been operating for over 25 years.

It consists of the following sub-divisions:

• Building Maintenance Units (BMU): XS Platforms which is a major player in the suspended platform systems industry.

• Chemicals: Surface Innovators which provides K-2 chemicals for surface treatment of stainless steel of all grades (degreasing, acid pickling and passivation), and Tip Top Oberflachenschutz Elbe GmbH which provides Rubber Lining and Protective Coatings for tanks, vessels, pipelines, ducts, flu gas, etc.

• Construction materials: Cement enhancement products from: Ash Resources, which produce Super-Pozz; and Sino Metal International which produce Super Silica.
